While everyone loves to participate in all that the Indiana Bear Club, Inc. (IBC) has to offer, there is one mandatory prerequisite before stepping foot on the property:
All guests must complete a liability waiver before entering the property, for any reason and for every visit. Every person in your party must be covered by a valid waiver. No Exceptions!
Adult Guests: Every adult must have a signed waiver on file for their current visit.
Minors & Dependents: A parent or legal guardian must sign for any minor.
Bringing Guests' Kids? If you are bringing a minor for whom you are not the legal guardian, their actual legal guardian must complete a separate waiver for them before they arrive at camp.
Don't wait until you are at the gate! Please ensure everyone in your group visits the links below to complete their paperwork ahead of time.

Minor Guest Waiver (Must be completed for all minors by the Legal Parent/Guardian before entering camp property.)
Complete the Form: Enter your legal name and a valid email address. Ensure all sections are filled out.
Verify Signature: Check your email for the automated confirmation copy once you hit submit.
Entry: You must present a copy of your completed waiver (electronic or printed) to the member in charge upon entry to the property.
